Our Values

EQUIP- to equip parents as the first educators of their children by teaching the truths in Scripture and giving them the tools and the wisdom found in it.

ENCOURAGE- to give parents the courage to apply and live out God's ways in parenting and education

EDIFY- to build one another up in community through prayer, discussion, and fellowship.

EDUCATION- to supplement the education of children with excellent studies.

EXCELLENCE- to do all well because we are doing it for God’s glory

EXALT- to glorify God in all events, interactions, and activities through our conduct and times of worship.

EVANGELIZE- to build strong homes so that we can then reach out to the community by serving those in need and proclaiming the gospel.

Our Programs

We offer several different programs depending on the level of involvement and financial ability you choose:

  • Parents: We are not a homeschool co-op. Our parents do not teach.  We offer a Bible study, equipping, and encouragement time for parents.  Parents have time to talk to and learn from the Scriptures, each other and special speakers.
  • Homeschoolers: Parents that have homeschooled children will take part in elective classes taught by outsourced teachers. There is a fee to cover payment for these teachers.
  • Community events: For those who do not wish to take the classes or attend the Bible study and speakers we offer homeschool events. Families can participate in field trips, competitions, shows, and seasonal holidays.
  • Families can participate in the parent study and student classes or events or both.

Our Teachers and Speakers

Adan Nogueira - Culinary Arts

Adan loves great food and making memories. As a kid he preferred to watch Julia Childs over cartoons. He started cooking at an early age for his big family. His philosophy is to pass on his love for culinary arts to others by inspiring them to do the same. He has lived in the southwest from San Antonio to San Francisco. He studied in Oakland California, but has learned most of his skill through experience and apprenticeship under great mentors one of whom was Jeremiah Tower, one of the pioneers of the farm-to-table movement. He has experience all over the food service industry including  a steakhouse, a French Crepe Restaurant, Greek Restaurant, a four-star Hilton, the famous  Obelisk Restaurant in San Francisco. He has worked as a pastry assistant, kitchen manager, waiter, Restaurant manager, and special party chef.  But his passion is being in the kitchen and using his knowledge of food to make great combinations and new recipes.

Beverly williams-Mission to mars

Beverly Williams, the "Brainiac Baroness", has over 20 years experience teaching groups of children in homeschooling coops while homeschooling her own four children.  As a trained violinist and active choral singer (currently in the New Mexico Symphonic Chorus), she has taught many music literacy classes to multiple age groups as well as private violin lessons. She has also taught the Peacemaking curriculum several times to children and adults.  Her Mechanical Engineering background makes her uniquely qualified to teach math and science. She has just completed teaching a lab Biology class to homeschooled high schoolers as well as a General Science Lab class to homeschooled middle schoolers.  Additionally, she taught two math games classes using her own curriculum to K-4 students using humor, music, and movement.
