Teacher: RoseAnne Gallegos
This class is a wonderful opportunity for your child to experience different styles, aspects and elements of performance in a fun and educational environment.
The instructor, RoseAnne Vau Gallegos has a BFA in Theatre Arts/Acting from UNM and a MA in Communications in Acting for film and television and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild/AFTRA and has taught children for many years.
We will explore and participate in exercises, drama games, and activities such as: acting in scenes both for stage and in front of a camera, improvisations, short monologues, mock auditions, solo or duet singing or possibly fun karaoke… all with instruction for technique and creativity.
Each class will delve into a new element and type of performance and being in front of a friendly audience. For the final school wide showcase, your child can choose one of the activities from class that they particularly enjoyed.
